Abstract

This article analyzes the characteristics of smart contracts as a civil law agreement in the context of the digital economy, their integration with the current legal system, and the models of their creation. The author identifies three approaches to defining the place of smart contracts in traditional contractual relationships and systematizes the digital methods of contract conclusion.
