Abstract

In recent decades, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a critical tool in various areas of human life. The influence of AI in the field of justice is especially pronounced. With the use of machine learning algorithms and data analysis technologies, AI finds its way into decision-making processes in civil courts. This phenomenon causes both positive and negative reactions, calling into question the need for a deep understanding of its role and impact on legal processes.
